Called to the Bar in 1996. Robert has wide Experience in Tax law especially direct taxes and trusts. His reported cases include Ford v HMRC [2008] SpC 634 and Minto v HMRC [2007] STC (SCD) SpC 625.
Robert also practices Business and Property Law including: Insolvency, Probate, Trusts, PI, inc credit hire and Landlord and Tenant.
Authorised by the Bar Standards Board for Direct Access, and to conduct litigation. A graduate of University College, London, BA (Hons) in Greek and Latin, he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Robert is a keen amateur violinist.
