Jonathan has a particular wish to assist clients caught in the breakdown of family life, especially to secure contact with children, and to resolve disputes over financial remedies. Has a home in the Great State of North Carolina in the USA.

Called to the Bar in 1996. Robert has wide Experience in Tax law especially direct taxes and trusts. His reported cases include Ford v HMRC [2008] SpC 634 and Minto v HMRC [2007] STC (SCD) SpC 625.
Robert also practices Business and Property Law including: Insolvency, Probate, Trusts, PI, inc credit hire and Landlord and Tenant.
Authorised by the Bar Standards Board for Direct Access, and to conduct litigation. A graduate of University College, London, BA (Hons) in Greek and Latin, he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Robert is a keen amateur violinist.
