Public Access cases vary greatly. The work needed and the fees we have to charge vary accordingly.
We need your case papers. Almost every case starts by collecting all the documents together and creating a Bundle of pdfs in date order. Please help us to help you and collect your documents.
When we have seen your documents, we will send you a Client Care Letter. This will contain our initial analysis, and a clear statement of the work to be done and the fee, which is agreed with you. We have done our best to give realistic guidance on fees below, as at 1st September 2024.
